Ok when i was reading around here, i had foud a post or i think a few post about Jergens skincare! I can't find then now, so if anyone can help please do! As i can remember its suppose to help hairgrowth(make it thinner, and less of it) Well anyways im not exactly sure on what i read. Today i bought Jergens Natuarally Smooth shave minimizing moisturizer(with herbal silk extract) I dont shave under my chin/neck i only pluck my hairs! So i was wondering if i still use it under my neck if ill get any results! I don't remember the posts i read saying anything about shaving and using it. Thats why i wonder if it can still work by just putting it on and not shaving! My chin/neck is the only place i really am worried about, that i don't shave(and i never want to) If anybody can please help with any information on Jergens, Please do...or if you know where those post are that i haven't yet relocated, please also let me know! Thanx a bunch ~Nylah IP: Logged |

Yes It was Jergens. I didn't post on the other thread but I have tried it. I didn't notice any change so I stoppe using it. However I would think it would help even if you pluck. I think Biore also makes a shave minimizing lotion also. Good Luck! Dawn ------------------

I tried Biore's Moisturizer (normal to oily skin) that is suppose to slow down hair growth and it burned my skin! I've never had such a reaction. Sabrina IP: Logged |

Dear Cysters, I got the Biore beyond smooth daily facial moisturizer - thankfully it didn't burn me. Have been using it for about a week and either it is slowing my hairgrowth down or it is just my less hairy cycle right now. I guess only time will tell. Take care, IP: Logged |

I've been using Biore moisturizer on my arms for about a month now and I really like it. It's hard to say if it's really slowed down the hair growth,(I think it has, but I'm a wishful thinker) although I do think it's made the hair feel softer, which is great since I was always afraid people would touch my arms and feel stubble. Now I need to try one of these moisturizers on my legs...the hair on legs could seriously hurt someone!! LOL If something will soften that hair too, I'd be happy. Kim IP: Logged |

I have been using the Biore Beyond Smooth facial hair minimizer for a couple of days. I really like it! It doesn't burn and it isnt a heavy moisturizer. I wear it under my make-up without any problems. It cost $6.99 at Rite Aid. Also I found a new product (all made my same company-by the way). Ban Beautifully Smooth deoderant is supposed to make for less irritation after shaving under your arms. I only used it a couple of days and it felt good. IP: Logged |

Biore Beyond Smooth facial hair minimizer...does it work to minimize facial hair even if you don't shave or pluck??? Have you noticed a difference with hairs at all? ~Nylah IP: Logged |

The bottle of Biore doesn't mention anything about shaving or plucking. It is supposed to reduce the facial hair overall. I think you might be thinking of the body lotion. IP: Logged |

I've been using the Jergens one for about 2 weeks, and it has slowed down the hair growth. I tried it on my belly, to test, coz it's not a noticable spot lol. ------------------ Age: 18 IP: Logged |

Quick question... With either the Jergens or Biore products, for those who have used them, do you have to necessarily shave the part of your body you want the hair to go away? Or can you just apply it to the area consistenly for there to be natural results? Thanks! IP: Logged |

With Jergens, it's a Shave Minimizing Lotion. So it only SLOWS the growth. So I'm thinking you have to shave it. ------------------ Age: 18 IP: Logged |
