ok i am a little lopsided. if my breasts were the size of my butt cheeks and if my but cheeks were the size of my breasts, i would be one happy camper. i am so unhappy with my hips or the lack thereof. i just wnat to feel womanly.
and speaking of feeling womanly, i just don;t. iam 25 years old and i feel like a slob. can you women get me in shape? if someone can offer me tips on how to make my hips more womanly, i'd appreciate it. thanks!

i knew i would get some comments like this, and it is ok. but i am really unhappy and embarassed. i just wish i could wear pants without haveing to wear thermal underwear underneath to make my lower body look fuller, and so my pants don't fall off. i'd have to punch a hole in my belt to make it fit. i basically have the lower body of a 12 year old girl. and the upper body of a playboy girl.

I do know that there are exercises out there that can help develop your muscles in this area, making your glutes (buttock muscles) rounder and more shapely. A good one is the squat, with or without weights. Try any exercises that develop the glutes, they can help get you more rounded.

I don't know what they're called, but in the past I've seen a thing you could buy that pulls on like underwear that has padding in the butt (same concept as wearing a padded bra). I don't think I've ever seen them in a store (although I was never really looking for one either), but I know I've seen them in catalogs like Sears or JC Penney.

I swear by weight training.I used to be in great shape a couple of years ago from weight training.I need to get back into it but im having a problem with energy and hypoglycemia but once i get this all straightened out im going back to the gym!Okay so you want shaplier hips?Do squats with weights and build yourself up with the amount of weight you can handle slowly.Dont be afraid to go heavy you wont look like a man.You'll also have a nice high,hard bowling ball butt!Another thing to widen the hips are leg presses on the leg press machine.When i used to work out i had a nice rounded hard butt and nice firm high breasts from bench pressing 100 pounds.Everybody thought that i had breast implants!Man,i miss my old body.I will get back again though,i swear!
